2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy On Innerwear:

Trying us for the first time? Not liking how your innerwear fits? Don’t worry. Thanks to our Risk free Return policy, you can order your first innerwear on the XYXX website with zero stress we are happy to offer a 15 days return or exchange on your first innerwear purchase.

In case you’ve bought a bundle pack, we request you to try on only one piece. We’ll gladly provide an exchange for the pack, provided the rest of the products are unused and unwashed.

Your first ever XYXX underwear is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: please Reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the order. Please make sure the product is unused: unwashed and in original condition.

Still not happy with our resolution? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. 3. 30- day easy returns/exchange on outerwear:

We offer an easy exchange or return policy for all outerwear, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange or return request for any outerwear product within 30 days of its delivery. (Return Not Applicable on Athleisure, Thermals, Boat Earphones Orders, End of Season Sale & Black Friday Sale)

if you do not like how your garment fits or looks, you can request for it to be exchanged for an alternate size or color.

Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 days.

Here’s how you go about this:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team. Email us on bhaskar@newsourcehub.com or WhatsApp us on 91 9886358090 within 30 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 days.

Please note: For any order, if you apply for exchange/return more than once, INR50 would be charged for shipping which is payable during the time of delivery.

4. We will not be able to offer an return or exchange if:

The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

1. The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.

2. Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.

3. The product is used or altered.

4. If the request is initiated after 15 days of order delivery for innerwear and 30 days of order delivery for outwear.

5. Please note: For select marketing campaigns or sale periods, special exchange/ return rules may apply. Information regarding this is mentioned in the Campaign T&C's on the Landing Page. For any clarification, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.

5. Guidelines for Product Quality Concerns

We adhere to a meticulous and thorough quality assurance process for every product to uphold the highest standards of quality.

A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.

In case you face some wear and tear issues, you can reach out to us and we will try to resolve it to the best of our ability within 15 days of the delivery of your innerwear and 30 days of the delivery of your outerwear purchase. Please share the following details in the email:

  • Your order number.
  • Product name/style code
  • Size/colour of the product purchased
  • A picture of the damaged product

6. Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

If your pincode is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges upto Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.

Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
